We are so excited to see Rep. Giffords laughing, and seemingly excited about her second chance at life. The congresswoman was shot in the head earlier this year by Jared Lee Loughner at the politician's "Congress On Your Corner" event. The courts recently ruled that Loughner was medically insane and unable to withstand trial for the congresswoman's attempted murder.
