TOAST 2 THAT / ALL THE BUZZ ON THE HOUSE

Last night, the highly anticipated show 'The Game' premiered on BET. I personally couldn't stop myself from laughing hysterically, but some folks that I've spoken with found it "underwhelming." My message to those people is simple--lower your expectations. What I like about The Game is that it never presented itself as a serious sitcom (they don't even have a studio audience). The show started as a fun, non-serious, tongue & cheek kind of show--poking fun at the lifestyles of professional ball players. I'm glad they didn't return this season, suddenly trying to conquer serious topics. They don't want to be taken seriously and I think that's the beauty of the show. Your thoughts?
