U.S. Marines Under Fire As Graphic Footage of Soldiers Urinating On Dead Bodies Go Viral /
Government officials are outraged this morning at footage of four U.S. Marines urinating on the lifeless bodies of Taliban soldiers in Afghanistan. Today, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta called the video “utterly deplorable” and assured that full investigation of these four soldiers was underway.
I have to agree with you, Mr. Secretary—the video was deplorable, but what was most deplorable about the video was the pleasure that these soldier seemed to extract from urinating on another human being, dead or alive. Are our soldiers becoming that corrupted while fighting this war that they would stoop to the lowest levels of disregard? What will these four soldiers be like when they return to the U.S.? Will they still think it’s o.k. to whip out their ‘Johnsons’ and piss on someone else? Your thoughts. Should our soldiers be required to undergo extensive mental evaluation upon returning from combat missions?
