Stop the Press: John McCain Has Advice on How to Win an Election
/
Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) has some advice for those in line to challenge the President in
2012. He said that any candidate with skeletons in his or her closet should bring them to the forefront. Be it
Haley Barbour’s controversial comments about race, or
Sarah Palin’s complete obliviousness to everything—McCain believes that the best way to bury the issue is to take it “head on” and “try to put it behind you.” But wait, with all due respect, Senator—didn’t you lose to Obama in 2008? Should Republicans really be taking advice from you? But, whatever—I’ll toast to that!
