Versace Couture Showed Up & Showed Out at Paris Fashion Week SS 2012 /
Versace has been missing- in- action on the haute couture scene since 2004, ( that sounds like forever right?). But, Donatella has come back strong this year. I figured Donatella wanted to show she still had the "couture touch," especially since her high-end fashions have been made affordable with her low-end H&M collaboration.
I can see why she thought it was time to show the world that Versace was still couture! I get it, she hasn't traded in high-end luxury for low-end fashions.
This collection (amongst endless others) proves why she is, was , and will remain the bomb!
The Versace Spring/Summer 2012 couture collection is a small collection of 15 looks, but needless to say, each piece is eye-catching in its own right.
The dresses were bold & bright, beautifully structured, beaded, embroidered, and in some cases even gold plated.
