Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced at a press conference last week that The Office of Global Women’s Issues at the Department of State will be teaming up with MAC Cosmetics to battle gender-based violence and further the fight against HIV & AIDS in South Africa.
“We cannot stop the epidemic of HIV unless we address the epidemic of violence against women." Clinton said
